The double yellow lines and the style of the houses, including the trash bins, strongly suggest a residential area in the United States. The architecture looks like a typical Pacific Northwest neighborhood, possibly Seattle or Portland. The "RAPID NHERI" sticker on the vehicle is a specific clue related to research equipment. I suspect this is a residential street in Seattle, Washington. I am fairly confident in this assessment.

The street signs and residential architecture are distinctly American, specifically the Pacific Northwest style. The "RAPID NHERI" vehicle is associated with the University of Washington, which reinforces the Seattle area hypothesis. The overcast sky and vegetation are very consistent with the Seattle climate. I am quite confident this is a residential street in Seattle, Washington.
