The street scene shows a "PLN" sign, which is the state-owned electricity company in Indonesia. The lush, tropical vegetation and the road layout are characteristic of a major Indonesian city. The driving side appears to be on the left, consistent with Indonesian traffic laws. The environment looks like a well-maintained residential or institutional area. I am fairly confident this is in Indonesia, likely Jakarta.
