I recognize this distinctive stone architecture immediately as the White Tower at the Tower of London. The Romanesque style and the specific masonry are iconic landmarks of the United Kingdom. The overcast sky and the presence of tourists are typical for this historic site in the heart of the capital. I am very certain of this location.
