The traffic is moving on the right side of the road. The architecture, yellow buildings, and the style of the traffic lights are highly characteristic of South America, specifically Chile. The bright, clear sky and dry climate suggest the central region of the country. I suspect this is in the Santiago metropolitan area. I am fairly confident in this assessment.
