The architecture of these apartment blocks, with their balconies and color schemes, strongly suggests a Mediterranean urban setting, likely Italy. The red-paved path looks like a dedicated cycle or pedestrian lane often found in suburban residential areas. The bright, clear sky and dry vegetation indicate a warm, sunny climate. I suspect this is in a city like Rome or a similar Italian urban center. I am moderately sure of this location.
