The road markings and signs clearly indicate Poland, with the word "Koniec" visible on parking signs. The architecture and the specific dome in the background suggest a historic European city center. The signage for "Medycyna Rodzinna" is a common Polish healthcare provider. I suspect this is in Warsaw, near the city center. I am quite confident in this location.
