The architecture of the house with the gabled roof and the security spikes on the wall strongly suggests South Africa. The sign "El Burro TAQUERIA" is a well-known establishment in Cape Town. The brick paving and the specific style of the building are characteristic of the Green Point or Sea Point areas. I am quite confident this is in Cape Town.

Country: South Africa, City: Cape Town. Confidence: High.
