The traffic is driving on the right side of the road, which is standard for Brazil. The sign for "MUVEPAR" with a ".com.br" domain confirms this is Brazil. The presence of Araucaria trees in the background strongly suggests the southern region of Brazil, likely Paraná. The architecture and urban layout are consistent with a mid-sized Brazilian city. I am fairly confident this is in Curitiba, Paraná.
