The sign says "BOXE TRAINING," which is Portuguese, strongly suggesting Brazil. The architecture, the specific style of the street signs, and the dense, mature trees are very characteristic of urban areas in southern Brazil. The road markings and general infrastructure align with a mid-sized Brazilian city. I am fairly confident this is in Brazil, likely in a state like Paraná or Rio Grande do Sul.
