The architecture features a mix of historic, weathered masonry and a modern, angular glass building typical of Eastern European urban centers. The yellow building and the style of the metal gate suggest a location in Romania, likely Bucharest. The street layout and the specific design of the glass building point toward the central area of the capital. I am fairly confident this is in Bucharest.

The distinctive glass building with its white lattice facade is the "Cathedral Plaza" office building in Bucharest. The yellow building and the cobblestone street confirm this is in the historic center near the Roman Catholic Cathedral of St. Joseph. The traffic signs and the general urban decay mixed with modern development are characteristic of this specific district. I am very confident in this location.
