The architecture features distinctive arched colonnades, which are characteristic of Italian city centers. I see a McDonald's sign and the overall urban layout suggests a major Italian city. The street markings and the general atmosphere point towards a busy, historic area. I suspect this is Rome, specifically near a major train station or central square.
