The architecture features distinct arched porticos, which are very characteristic of Italian city centers. The style of the buildings and the night-time urban atmosphere strongly suggest a major Italian city. The layout looks like a large transport hub or a central square near a train station. I suspect this is near Roma Termini in Rome, Italy. I am fairly confident in this location.
