The scene shows right-hand traffic and a residential area with dense overhead power lines, which is very characteristic of Brazil. The architecture, including the style of the houses and the presence of palm trees, points towards a subtropical or temperate climate in a Brazilian city. The distant skyline suggests a mid-to-large urban center. I am fairly confident this is in Brazil, likely in the southern or southeastern region.

The residential architecture, specifically the roof tiles and the tall, manicured hedges, strongly reinforces the Brazilian urban setting. The distant cluster of high-rise buildings is very characteristic of the skyline in Curitiba, Paraná. The street layout and the overall atmosphere are consistent with established neighborhoods in that city. I am now quite confident in this location.
