The double yellow lines in the center of the road indicate right-hand traffic, typical of the United States. The yellow diamond-shaped warning sign is also characteristic of North American road signage. The lush, tropical-looking vegetation suggests a warm climate, likely in the southern part of the country. The overall aesthetic and the style of the street lighting point towards a suburban or urban area in Florida. I suspect this is somewhere in the Miami or Fort Lauderdale metropolitan area.

I am reasonably sure about the region.
