The road markings and the position of the car suggest right-hand traffic, typical of much of Europe. The tall, lattice-style utility poles and the bare, deciduous trees indicate a northern or eastern European climate. The architecture and the overall landscape feel very characteristic of the Baltic states or perhaps Poland. I suspect this is Lithuania, possibly near Vilnius, given the specific style of the power infrastructure. I am moderately sure of this region.

The scene remains consistent with a Baltic or Eastern European setting, particularly with the distinct lattice utility poles and the overcast, damp climate. The presence of a bus depot or industrial area in the distance reinforces the urban fringe environment. These specific pole designs are very common in Lithuania. I am becoming quite confident that this is in the Vilnius area.
