The electrical box with a yellow warning triangle is common in many European countries, particularly in the Baltic or Slavic regions. The vegetation and the low angle of the sun indicate a temperate climate during a long summer day. I suspect this is in Lithuania, possibly near Vilnius. I am somewhat sure.

The bicycle path markings and the distinct architecture in the distance point strongly towards a Baltic capital. The birch trees and the specific style of the concrete fence are very characteristic of suburban Vilnius, Lithuania. The lighting suggests a late afternoon sun, consistent with the region's latitude. I am quite confident this is Vilnius.
