The architecture features grand, ornate facades typical of late 19th or early 20th-century European cities. I see signs with "nekustamie īpašumi," which is Latvian for "real estate." The street layout and building style strongly suggest a central European or Baltic capital. Riga, Latvia, is the most likely location given the language and the distinctive urban aesthetic. I am fairly confident in this assessment.
