The architecture and the weathered, older buildings suggest a location in Eastern or Central Europe. The "Pizza Food & bar" sign is in English, but the overall aesthetic points toward a city like Sofia, Bulgaria, or perhaps Bucharest, Romania. The heavy snow indicates a cold climate, consistent with these regions during winter. I suspect this is somewhere in Sofia, Bulgaria, given the specific style of the building facades. I am moderately sure of this location.
