I see a blue street sign with Cyrillic script, which strongly suggests a country like Russia, Ukraine, or Belarus. The architecture of the houses and the presence of external gas pipes are very characteristic of residential areas in Eastern Europe. There is snow on the roofs, indicating a cold climate. I suspect this is in Russia or a nearby post-Soviet state. I am moderately sure about this region.

The low sun and snowy ground confirm a cold, northern climate. The architecture, specifically the siding and the prominent external gas pipe running along the fence line, is extremely common in residential parts of Russia. The concrete utility pole is also typical for this region. I am fairly confident this is a residential street in a Russian city.
