The yellow gas pipes running along the exterior of the buildings are a very strong indicator of post-Soviet infrastructure, commonly found in Russia or Ukraine. The architecture, the wooden poles, and the general rural or suburban aesthetic point toward a residential area in this region. The climate and vegetation look like a temperate continental zone. I suspect this is somewhere in southern Russia or eastern Ukraine. I am moderately sure of this general region.

The presence of the canal or drainage ditch alongside the road is a distinct feature. The concrete utility pole design is very characteristic of Russia. The yellow gas pipe remains a consistent marker of this region. I am leaning towards the Krasnodar Krai region in southern Russia, as the landscape and infrastructure match well. I am fairly confident in this assessment.
