The overhead trolleybus wires and the Soviet-style apartment block architecture are strong indicators of a post-Soviet city. The road markings and the presence of a Mercedes hood ornament suggest a right-hand traffic environment common in Eastern Europe or Central Asia. The lush, mature trees and clear, bright sky suggest a temperate climate during late spring or summer. I suspect this is somewhere in Armenia, likely the capital, Yerevan. I am moderately sure of this location.

The wide, tree-lined avenue with overhead trolleybus infrastructure is highly characteristic of Yerevan's urban planning. The architecture of the buildings on the left, with their distinct Soviet-era functionalist style, further supports this assessment. The clear, bright sunlight and lush green canopy are consistent with the climate of Armenia in late spring. I am now quite confident that this is a major street in Yerevan. I have enough information to form a solid conclusion.
