I see a flag hanging on the building that looks like the flag of Latvia. The architecture, featuring yellow brick and wooden structures, is very characteristic of Baltic cities like Riga. The cobblestone streets and the general atmosphere strongly suggest an Eastern European or Baltic setting. I am fairly confident this is in Latvia, likely in the historic center of Riga.
