The sign under the bridge clearly says "HOSPITAL", and the architecture and general environment are consistent with the Lisbon metropolitan area. I am driving on the right side of the road, which is standard for Portugal. I suspect this is in the Almada or Seixal area near Lisbon. I am fairly sure of this location.
