The street signs are green with white text, typical of New York City. The architecture, including the tall residential towers and the yellow taxi, strongly points to Manhattan. The street intersection layout and the specific style of the crosswalks confirm a dense urban environment in the USA. I am very confident this is in New York City, likely the Upper East Side.
