The image is inverted, but the architecture shows a large, industrial-style building with many grid-like windows, typical of mid-20th-century urban development. The road markings and the general layout suggest a developed country with well-maintained infrastructure. The sun's position and the clear sky indicate a temperate climate. This style of building is very common in the United Kingdom, particularly in older industrial cities. I suspect this is in the UK, possibly in a city like Sheffield or Birmingham. I am somewhat sure.

The presence of an electric fence atop the metal perimeter railing is a very strong clue, as this is extremely common in South Africa for security purposes. The architecture, with its utilitarian, multi-story brick and glass design, is consistent with industrial or commercial districts in cities like Johannesburg or Pretoria. The clear blue sky and bare trees suggest a dry, sunny climate typical of the Highveld region. I am now quite confident this is in South Africa. I suspect the area is near Johannesburg.
