The yellow zigzag road markings and the "Raised Zebra Crossing" sign are classic indicators of Singapore. The vehicle licence plate format and the "Paragon Medical" branding strongly point to the Paragon shopping and medical complex on Orchard Road. The architecture and the tropical urban environment confirm this location. I am very confident this is in Singapore.
