I see a blue pizza delivery car with the name "ANCONA" and a phone number starting with "07001". The traffic sign is a blue circular mandatory direction sign common in Europe. There is snow on the ground, suggesting a cold climate or winter season. The architecture and the style of the sign indicate a location in Eastern Europe, likely Romania given the phone number format. I suspect this is in Romania, possibly in the city of Ancona or a place named after it.

I am 70% sure this is in Romania.
