The architecture of these apartment blocks is very characteristic of Eastern Europe, specifically the socialist-era style common in Romania. The road signs, particularly the blue circular sign with a white arrow, are standard in Romania. There is snow on the ground, indicating a cold climate typical of a Romanian winter. The overall urban density and building style strongly suggest a city like Bucharest. I am fairly confident in this assessment.

Country: Romania, City: Bucharest.
