The text at the bottom of the image is in Vietnamese, specifically mentioning real estate consulting. The architecture of the large, modern glass building is very characteristic of high-end developments in Southeast Asia. The lush, tropical vegetation and the bright, sunny climate strongly suggest a location in Vietnam. Given the urban layout and the style of the building, this looks like a major city center. I suspect this is in Ho Chi Minh City.
