The architecture, with its tall, ornate apartment buildings, strongly suggests a European city. The sign on the left says "ORO ELITE COMPRO ORO & ARGENTO," which is Italian. The driving side is on the right, consistent with Italy. The atmosphere and building style are very typical of Rome. I am fairly confident this is in Rome, Italy.
