The Cyrillic script on the signs, specifically "МАЛКИЯТ CORECOM," strongly indicates Bulgaria. The architecture and the snowy, urban residential setting are very characteristic of Bulgarian cities like Sofia or Plovdiv. The signage style and the general street layout match the Eastern European urban aesthetic perfectly. I am fairly confident this is in Bulgaria.

The residential architecture with balconies and satellite dishes is very typical of Sofia, Bulgaria. The snowy conditions and clear blue sky match the winter climate of the region. The density of the apartment blocks confirms an urban setting. I am confident this is a neighborhood in Sofia.
