The image is quite blurry, but the architecture features a distinct modern facade with horizontal slats and large glass windows. The greenery on the right suggests a park-like or suburban setting. The building style feels contemporary and could be found in many urban areas globally. I need more visual information to narrow down the location.

I suspect this might be in a European or East Asian city, but I am not very sure yet.

The power lines and poles are quite prominent, suggesting a developing urban area. The vegetation, including palm-like shrubs, points toward a tropical or subtropical climate. The architecture of the building in the distance, with its curved top, is a strong regional identifier. I suspect this is in Nairobi, Kenya, given the specific style of the power infrastructure and the urban landscape. I am moderately sure of this location.
