The architecture features large, blocky residential apartment buildings typical of the former Eastern Bloc. The Cyrillic script on the wall sign points towards a Slavic country, likely Bulgaria given the specific style of the buildings and the environment. The winter conditions and the grey, overcast sky suggest a cold climate. I am moderately sure this is in Bulgaria.

The building clearly displays "Бл 93" (Block 93) in Cyrillic, which is standard for residential numbering in Bulgaria. The hexagonal paving stones and the specific style of the apartment blocks are highly characteristic of Sofia's residential districts. The winter weather and the general urban decay further confirm this environment. I am now quite confident in this location.
