The architecture, featuring clean, minimalist white buildings with specific window patterns, strongly suggests a Nordic environment. The light and the general atmosphere point toward Iceland, specifically the capital area. The vehicles and the lack of prominent road markings are consistent with residential or office courtyards in Reykjavik. I am fairly confident this is in Reykjavik, Iceland.
