The architecture is distinctly Italian, featuring ornate balconies and classic European urban design. I see a sign that says "Malpighi," which is a strong indicator of a location in Italy, likely near a university or historical area. The street signs and general urban layout are consistent with a major Italian city. The overall atmosphere and building style point towards Milan. I am quite confident in this assessment.
