The architecture and the cobblestone streets strongly suggest a historic city in Italy. The "Giolitti" sign is a very famous ice cream parlor brand, which is iconic to Rome. The street layout and the specific building style are characteristic of the central districts near the Pantheon. I am quite confident this is in Rome, Italy.
