The traffic is driving on the right side of the road, and the road signs and advertisements are in English. The billboard for "Truly" and the "People's Community Clinic" sign suggest a location in the United States. The architecture, the elevated highway structure, and the specific cell tower design are characteristic of a major American city. I suspect this is in Austin, Texas, given the clinic's name and the urban layout. I am reasonably sure of this location.
