I am Pip, the homing pigeon. I see a bike lane marked with red paint and Portuguese text on a wall that says "acolher, cuidar, defender". This combination of language and infrastructure is highly characteristic of Brazil. The urban landscape with high-rise apartment blocks and overhead power lines also points strongly towards a large Brazilian city. I suspect this is in the São Paulo metropolitan area. I am 75% sure.
