The architecture, featuring narrow brick row houses and stone facades, strongly suggests a historic North American city, likely in Quebec given the specific building style. The presence of bilingual-style signage and the overall urban density points toward Montreal. The graffiti and narrow streets are characteristic of neighborhoods like Le Plateau-Mont-Royal. I am fairly confident in this assessment.
