The architecture, specifically the flatiron-style building, strongly suggests a North American city. The presence of orange construction barrels and the specific style of traffic signals point toward Canada, likely Quebec given the urban aesthetic. The street layout and modern buildings nearby feel like a central district in Montreal. I am fairly confident this is in Montreal, Quebec.
