The driving side is on the right, which is standard for the United States. The "STS Solar" sign with a phone number format (214 area code) strongly points to the Dallas, Texas area. The architecture, featuring a modern wood-clad house alongside older bungalows, is very characteristic of gentrifying neighborhoods in Dallas. The vegetation and bright, clear sky are consistent with a warm, sunny climate like North Texas. I am fairly confident this is in Dallas, Texas.
