I see a "Dépanneur 911" sign, which is a term used almost exclusively in Quebec, Canada. The architecture of the brick buildings and the general urban layout strongly point to Montreal. The double yellow lines and the style of the traffic lights are consistent with Canadian road infrastructure. I am quite confident this is in Montreal, Quebec.
