The sign "MAISON COLORÉE" and the general architecture strongly suggest a French-speaking area, likely in Canada. The street markings and the style of the buildings point toward a dense urban neighborhood in Montreal, Quebec. The presence of a "P" parking sign on the sidewalk is typical for this region. I am fairly confident this is in Montreal.
