The street view shows a North American urban setting with a red brick building and graffiti. The presence of the word "Montréal" on the bottom of the image is a massive clue. The architecture and the style of the street are consistent with the Plateau or Mile End neighborhoods in Montreal. I am quite confident this is in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
