The sign "ALKOHOLOWY" and "DUŻY BEN" clearly point to Poland, as these are common Polish retail brands. The infrastructure, including the bike racks and the red-painted cycling lane, is characteristic of modern Polish urban planning. The architecture of the building is modern and typical of recent residential developments in major Polish cities. I am quite confident this is in a city like Wrocław or Poznań.
