The signs feature both French ("Espace Reya") and Arabic script, which strongly points toward a North African country like Morocco or Tunisia. The architecture and the style of the street signs are very characteristic of Casablanca, Morocco. The "EMG" sign and the general urban density confirm a busy city center environment. I am fairly confident this is located in Casablanca.
