The architecture, characterized by the white building with vertical windows and the general style of the houses, strongly suggests a Nordic location. The presence of a white picket fence and the specific design of the street furniture point towards Iceland. The vehicles parked on the right side of the road indicate right-hand traffic, which is consistent with Icelandic driving laws. The overall atmosphere and the lighting feel like a cool, northern climate. I suspect this is Reykjavík, Iceland. I am fairly confident in this assessment.
