The traffic lights are mounted on tall, slender poles, and the road markings suggest right-hand traffic. The sky is overcast with a cool, northern European feel, and the infrastructure looks modern and well-maintained. The style of the traffic signals and the overall road layout are characteristic of Nordic countries. I suspect this is in Finland, likely near a major city like Helsinki or Espoo. I am moderately sure of this location.

The wide-angle view shows a landscape with low-rise buildings and a vast, open sky, which is very characteristic of Iceland. The traffic light design and the specific street lighting poles are iconic to Reykjavik. The terrain is somewhat barren, consistent with the outskirts of the Icelandic capital. I am now quite confident this is in Reykjavik, Iceland.
