The architecture is distinctly classical and European, with stone facades and narrow streets typical of an Italian historic center. I see a blue pharmacy cross sign, which is common in Italy. The street sign on the left wall says "VIA", confirming an Italian location. The overall atmosphere and building style strongly suggest Rome. I am fairly sure this is in Rome, Italy.
