The road markings and signs, specifically the "UTPD" painted on the road, strongly suggest a university campus setting in the United States. The infrastructure, including the overhead highway overpass and the style of traffic signals, is characteristic of Texas. The vegetation and overall landscape are consistent with a warm, urban environment in the southern US. I suspect this is near the University of Texas at Austin. I am fairly confident in this assessment.

The street sign clearly reads "Red River," which is a major street running through the University of Texas at Austin campus. The presence of the I-35 highway overpass confirms the location within Austin, Texas. The skyline visible in the distance is consistent with the downtown Austin area. I am very certain of this location.
